13 Best Places For Mini Golf in Orlando
When it comes to mini golf in Orlando, you’ll find that you’re spoiled for choice.
There are a couple of options at Disney World (which I’ll cover!).
But everything else is tucked away around the city – mostly in Kissimmee!
Now let’s help you get that mini golf fix!
Mini Golf Near Walt Disney World
Disney’s Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf
Opening times: 10 am to 10 pm each day (but the Fantasia Fairways Course closes an hour beforehand)
Address: 1205 Epcot Resorts Blvd, Orlando, FL 32836, United States
Nearest Disney landmark: Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort
I’d say that the most popular spot for mini golf in Orlando (if you’re going to Disney World) is Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Mini Golf.
As you might have guessed from its name, this place is themed after Fantasia and all things Mickey Mouse.
You’ll spot broomsticks (with pails!) that represent the famous scene from Fantasia, but it’s the manicured hedges that take the cake.
Oh, and don’t forget the ballerina hippo that we all know and love!
The design of this course has several twists and turns that make the course feel fun and unexpected.
Plus, it’s home to 18 holes and a shorter course which gives you the opportunity to plan your day carefully.
Just so you’re aware, it costs $14 per adult and $12 per child between the ages of 3 and 9.
It’s also worth noting that they close the Fantasia Fairways Course an hour before the Fantasia Gardens Course.
I wouldn’t say that it’s the absolute best spot for mini golf in Orlando as it’s a touch dated and the paint could use touching up.
But if you have time to kill before heading to a Disney Boardwalk restaurant reservation – it’s just perfect!
And honestly, you can’t beat the backdrop of the Tower of Terror, Hollywood Studios, and 2 resorts in the back!
It does tend to get busy which is why I’ll always recommend booking.
But you might be lucky with a walk-in if you go in the afternoon while people are enjoying the parks.
Disney’s Winter Summerland Mini Golf
Opening times: 10 am to 10 pm (I suggest going just before closing to beat the crowds)
Address: 1548 W Buena Vista Dr, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830, United States
Nearest Disney landmark: Blizzard Beach
Opening times: 10 am to 10 pm (I suggest going just before closing to beat the crowds)
Address: 1548 W Buena Vista Dr, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830, United States
Nearest Disney landmark: Blizzard Beach
I always recommend Disney’s Winter Summerland Mini Golf around the holidays as it has Christmas-themed courses.
You’ll find two 18-hole courses here and you can enter the golf course without purchasing a separate ticket for Blizzard Beach.
The only thing you do need to keep in mind is that this location isn’t open year-round.
Because you’ll be partying with Santa’s elves, it opens in November and closes up shop at the end of January.
So, don’t be expecting a summertime jaunt around the courses here!
I appreciate the fact that repeat tries of each course are given at a 50% discount. But you’ll probably be fine to go once if I’m being honest!
The prices are the same as you’ll find at the Fantasia-themed location, which is $14 for adults and $12 for kids.
And if you hold an annual pass, you’ll be given a discount on any round of golf you play (which is cool!).
You’ll also find a handful of snack bars, lockers, and beverage spots dotted around to refuel from all that putting.
Mini Golf Orlando Spots Outside the Parks
Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf
Opening times: 9 am – 11:30 pm every day
Address: 8501 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819, United States
Nearest Disney landmark: I’d say Universal Studios or the general Walt Disney World parking area!
If you’re after a swashbuckling good time while playing mini golf in Orlando, check out Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf!
It’s pirate-themed (of course!) and boasts two 18-hole courses that are surrounded by several fascinating things.
There’s also a 36-hole course, but this might be a bit long for most people.
We’re talking waterfalls, plants, footbridges, small ships, and cool/innovative holes!
I’d say that the Captain’s Course was excellent, but you can’t go wrong with Blackbeard’s Challenge either!
As this course is open until 11:30 pm, it’s an excellent option if you fancy a round of golf after the fireworks.
Otherwise, it’s open from 9 if you don’t feel like braving rope drop for the day.
I’d say that this was a slightly better course than the Disney options as it’s open year-round and is affordable.
You’ll shell out $14.50 or $12.95 (for kids) and just under double for the longer 36-hole option.
But as you get a bit more bang for your buck here with theming and innovation, it’s worth a look!
It’s very close to ICON Park and International Drive, which makes it an ideal pit stop if you’re staying offsite.
Oh, and don’t forget to step on the iconic pirate ship for a photo before heading off!
Congo River Golf
Opening times: 10 am to 11 pm Sunday to Thursday and 10 am to 12 am Friday through Saturday.
Address: 5901 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819 and 4777 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34746
Nearest Disney landmark: Walt Disney World
Next up on my list of the best places to play mini golf in Orlando – it’s Congo River Golf!
There are actually two locations you can visit at Congo River. There’s one in Kissimmee (which is one of the best places to live near Disney World!) and International Drive.
The theming here is all about safaris and African magic.
So, you can expect to see animal print planes, rainforest vibes, cliffs, and holes around water.
If you’re brave, there are live alligators you can feed for a fee!
I appreciate the fact that they provide scorecards on an app (so you won’t lose them!).
It’s also pretty affordable as it currently costs $13.99 for adults and $11.40 for kids under 9.
I’ll warn you by saying that it’s often packed out with kids because it’s a popular birthday party spot for locals.
But the fun golfing, scavenger hunts, and tacked-on arcade make it easy to see why!
Hollywood Drive-In Golf
Opening times: 9 am – 12 am daily
Address: 6000 Universal Blvd #774, Orlando, FL 32819, United States
Nearest Disney landmark: Universal Orlando (sorry, Disney!)
If you’re on the hunt for super-fancy mini golf in Orlando, you can’t beat Hollywood Drive-In Golf.
It has outstanding Google reviews (it’s basically a 5-star washout!) because the theming and upkeep are just amazing.
You’ll find this mini golf experience at the Universal CityWalk and it’s inspired by the 1950s.
So, you’ll be able to play the single-feature course (18 holes) or the double-feature which is an impressive 36 holes!
Throughout the course, you’ll find fun holes inspired by everything from vintage horror to science fiction.
That’s right – you’ll literally get to putt your way through cool movie-style scenes that feature alien space worms and haunted houses!
I love the attention to detail here, and the LED neon lighting and special effects really immerse you in the experience.
Plus, there’s a scorecard app that makes it incredibly easy to keep track of things.
When it comes to cost, you’ll pay $19.99 for the single feature as an adult and $17.99 for kids. If you want to do the double feature, you’ll add $16.99 and $14.99 for adults and kids respectively.
There are military, senior, AAA Member, and Universal Annual Pass discounts if you qualify.
It’s a pricier course for sure, but I’d say the fun theming and high-quality courses are worth it.
Reunion Resort Mini Golf
Opening times: 12 pm – 9 pm Wednesday to Sunday
Address: 7531 Osceola Polk Line Rd Davenport, Florida, 33896
Nearest Disney landmark: Hollywood Studios
Looking for mini golf in Orlando that’s relatively new? Then you’ll appreciate Reunion Resort Mini Golf.
It’s slightly cheaper than a few of the other options on this list and it’s a great choice for the whole family.
You’ll pay $12 for adults and $6 for kids between 4 and 12 which is decent.
Kiddos love the tunnels, tubes, and ramps on the course, and it’s obviously an excellent option if you’re staying here.
The only real downside to this location is that the opening times aren’t as good.
It’s only open between Wednesday and Sunday from 12 pm to 9 pm and it’s totally closed on Monday and Tuesday.
That might not fit in with your plans, so pick carefully!
Lost Caverns Adventure Golf
Opening times: 10 am – 11 pm Monday – Thursday, 10 am – 12 am Friday – Sunday
Address: 6306 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819
Nearest Disney landmark: Universal’s Endless Summer Resort
Next up on this bumper list of where to play mini golf in Orlando – it’s Lost Caverns Adventure Golf!
I adore the setup of this place as I just think it looks so aesthetic.
From the small waterfalls to the palm trees and rolling greenery, it’s probably the most gorgeous place to play mini golf in Orlando.
The goal of the course is to find artifacts and treasures hidden in mines and caves.
So, it’s a great one for imaginative kiddos who want to find the ultimate golden idol!
There are 2 courses on offer here, and you can have up to 6 people taking part per group.
And if you want to tack on an alligator feed, it’s just $3 for a bag (hey, you’re in Florida, after all!).
A single game will set you back $14 for adults and $12 for kids, but you can play both courses for $21/$18.
It’s relatively reasonable, and I honestly suggest just doing both courses for the minor difference in price.
If you’re planning to host a birthday party, you can buy out the whole course if you’re planning to have over 60 people.
But I’d say that was a stretch for most parties!
Gator Golf Adventure Park
Opening times: 10 am – 10 pm daily
Address: 6586 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819
Nearest Disney landmark: Universal’s Dockside Inn & Suites
Gator Golf Adventure Park should be on anyone’s shortlist of places to play mini golf in Orlando.
This isn’t one for the fainthearted as there are over 200 alligators here (yep, the real ones – including babies!).
But kids that are interested in wildlife will appreciate them!
Plus, there are animal exhibits, shows, and a few snack stands in addition to the 18-hole course itself.
So, there’s certainly plenty going on at this International Drive hotspot.
I’ll be real and say that the golf course isn’t really anything overly special.
But the gators make this an incredible spot for mini golf in Orlando.
And it’s just a small walk away from the Titanic Artifact Exhibition if you want to extend your afternoon!
Putting Edge Glow-in-the-Dark Mini Golf
Opening times: 11 am – 10 pm Monday – Thursday, 11 am – 12 am Friday, 10 am – 12 am Saturday & Sunday
Address: 5250 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819
Nearest Disney landmark: Universal’s Volcano Bay + EPCOT
If you’re visiting the Disney parks and want a psychedelic, glow-in-the-dark adventure, this place has got you.
Putting Edge is an 18-hole experience that’s black-lit and illuminated.
It’s a little trippy as the lights are incredibly bright, but it’s a cool way to challenge your senses as you putt.
Seriously, there is no other mini golf in Orlando that’s quite like this.
The settings include tropical islands, volcanoes, and old-fashioned castles – and everything is entirely neon!
If you can’t get enough, you can stick around to play air hockey or claws at the onsite arcade.
Basically, it’s a total dream if you’re with kids or want to indulge your inner child!
The price is $15.50 + taxes, so it’s relatively affordable (especially for what you get, in my opinion).
Bonanza Golf
Opening times: 10 am – 10 pm every day
Address: 7761 W US-192, Kissimmee, FL 34747
Nearest Disney landmark: Animal Kingdom
If you’re hanging around near Kissimmee, then Bonanza Golf is a great place for mini golf in Orlando.
It gives Big Thunder Mountain vibes with its Wild West theming, and it’s been around since the 1980s!
So, it’s clearly a big hit with locals and tourists alike!
You can either play the Prospector or the Gold Nugget Course (depending on what you’re looking for).
But I’d say that you should try both if you have time.
Each one features cool aspects like waterfalls, rivers, and cliffs, making each hole more challenging.
If you really want to make a day of things, they offer a buffet with drinks for an additional fee.
The cost of a single game is $9.95, but you can play both for $13.95 which is cheaper than most mini golf in Orlando.
But if you want to hit the buffet and try the 36-hole course, it’s $17.95 (which isn’t bad!).
This is another course that’s popular for birthday parties, so be aware of that before booking if it’ll bother you.
Hawaiian Rumble Adventure Golf
Opening times: 10 am – 10 pm every day
Address: 13529 FL-535, Orlando, FL 32821
Nearest Disney landmark: Disney Springs
The next place that deserves a spot on this list of where to play mini golf in Orlando is Hawaiian Rumble Adventure Golf!
As you might expect, this place has a fun and fresh tropical theme that’s designed to transport you to Hawaii!
It’s almost like visiting Disney’s Aulani – ALMOST.
The course feels relaxing and laidback thanks to the palm trees and waterfalls. But trust me, the music and volcano dial things up a notch!
It’s open 7 days a week which is convenient, and it costs $14 per person for a single game and $5 for each extra game.
If you’re paying for an entire group, you get a discount which takes the price down to $11/person.
Fancy playing all week? You can grab an unlimited pass for $28 per person which lets you play as many games as you want!
In my opinion, this is one of the best Orlando mini golf spots if you want to take a breather. It’s simply not as hectic as a few of the other picks!
And if you don’t fancy getting pizza delivered to your Disney resort, Cici’s Pizza is super close by.
Mighty Jungle Golf
Opening times: 10 am – 9 pm Sunday – Thursday, 10 am – 10 pm Friday & Saturday
Address: 7792 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34747
Nearest Disney landmark: Animal Kingdom
Mighty Jungle Golf is a fabulous place for mini golf in Orlando as it’s just minutes from Animal Kingdom.
It’s been recently renovated, which makes the 18-hole safari-themed golf courses look seriously pristine.
Prepare to see animals, waterfalls, and caves dotted around the course, but you should also stop by the picnic area.
It’s shaded (perfect for summer days!) and it’s a great spot for a breather between courses.
Oh, and don’t forget the replica animals that are strategically placed around each course!
You can either play the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest or the Plains of the Serengeti courses – just take your pick!
Thanks to the excellent theming, I’d say this was an excellent pick for mini golf in Orlando if you’re with kids.
It’s bright, fun, and loaded with exciting (and challenging) putts.
The cost of a game is $9.95 for each person, but you can play 36 holes for $11.95 if you’d prefer.
To be honest, as there’s just 2 dollars in it, I recommend playing both!
The opening hours aren’t quite as competitive as other Orlando mini golf spots, but the theming is worth it.
Popstroke by Tiger Woods
Opening times: 9 am – 12 am every day
Address: 321 N. Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32828
Nearest Disney landmark: 321 N. Alafaya Trail Orlando, FL 32828
To round off this list of the best spots for mini golf in Orlando, we have Popstroke by Tiger Woods!
It’s a family-friendly mini golf attraction with two 18-hole putting courses designed by Tiger Woods himself.
How cool is that? And don’t worry, the courses are meant to suit all abilities!
Not only will you be able to test your skills, but the virtual scorecard makes it super easy to keep track.
Once you’ve tried out the courses, you can tickle your tastebuds at the full-service restaurant onsite.
Hey, it saves you braving the parks to grab a bite!
I’d honestly say that this place prized the mini golf and food aspects equally. So, you can expect everything from the burgers to the posh plates to impress.
I hope that this list of the best places to play mini golf in Orlando has been helpful!
